2002 Oldsmobile Alero 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I have been working on my sister's car and have some problems. The car would not start for her so I checked plugs and changed. Then proceeded to check fuel filter and fuel pressure. Changed fuel pump to solve low pressure. Now I am getting a misfire and vibration when I put it in gear. I have changed plugs and coils and fuel pump and still no help. Can someone help me before I go broke trying to get this car running.

Clean out the idle air control valve

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.

The spark plugs are brand new. Also when I changed the coil and lug wires it actually made the car worst. Do you know what the fuel pressure is suppose to be. I think it is between 55-65. At least that is what I am showing after putting in the new fuel pump. Also where is the idle air control valve located? This would be the only thing besides egr valve and injectors I haven't checked. Also when the car's rmp's hit 4 thou it kicks out
