Start your vehicle's engine.
Have an assistant turn the steering wheel left and right, lock to lock, while you look underneath the vehicle. You will need to look under the front of the vehicle to see any leaks coming from the lower power steering hoses. Once you locate the leak in the power steering line, you can trace it back to the source of the leak. Sometimes, a leak will run down the hose before finally dripping onto the ground. Knowing where it is dripping, however, provides you a starting point so that you can find the leak
