Car starts up and within 1.5 seconds injector shuts down. ECU is not grounding injectors. Have 12 volts at injectors. Fuel pump stays running, fuel pressure is at 45 lbs and there is ignition spark. We have cam and crank reference. What could be causing this issue.

Sounds like it's in anti-theft mode. Try moving the tilt steering wheel to various positions. If it stays running, suspect broken wires in the column for the PassLock sensor. If that doesn't help, there could still be broken wires.

If the battery was recently replaced or run dead, it might be necessary to relearn the key to the computer. This applies if you have a "security" light on the dash. Try cranking the engine, let it stall, but leave the ignition switch in the "run" position. Wait 20 minutes until the Security light changes to or from flashing or it goes out, (I can't remember). Turn the ignition switch to "off", then back to "run". Wait 20 minutes again. Do that a third time, but then don't turn it back off. Crank the engine. If it relearned the key, it should stay running.

This is from memory, so I will gladly defer to anyone else if I have the procedure messed up. You might have to have a battery charger connected, but leave it on the lowest setting.
