Oil light started coming on at idle?

Changed oil for heavier weight. Added Lucas stabilizer. Replaced oil pressure sensor. Checked with oil pressure gauge. Virtually zero at idle 40 at 3,000 RPMs. No noises. Engine starts immediately. No oil use between changes. Little or no signs of blowby. Thinking of changing out oil pump pickup. Need to know if I should also change oil pump. If so, I need instructions especially re chain. Yep, it sounds like the oil pump pressure relief spring has broken. I would replace the pump and pickup. Here are the instructions in the images below, and I noticed the pump gear bolt is left hand threads so be careful not to turn the bolt the wrong way. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
