Hi,

I can't seem to identify this specific issue in the other threads. Every time I take a hard or semi-hard left turn, my gauge goes down and " check gauges" light comes on. As soon as I regulate to a straighter trajectory, the gauge goes back to mostly normal, yet flickers a bit.

Please help. I cannot lose my rig in this time of crises!

Hi,

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have a bad connection, or the oil level is very low.

As far as the connection, the oil pressure switch is located on the rear of the engine. Locate it and check the connector. Disconnect the connector and make sure the pins are in good condition and there is no corrosion. Additionally, make sure the connector is tight when you reinstall it.

I attached a pic below showing the location of the switch connector.

Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
