Hello and thanks for using 2CarPros.
Welcome to the world of auto maintenance and repair. I've looked through two databases and neither one tells what size the various bolts and nuts are. Generally speaking, to remove the oil plug, you're looking at metric size 14, 15, or 17mm wrenches -or- standard sizes 9/16, 5/8, and 3/4 inch. This being a more recent Chrysler product, I'd bet that it's a metric lug nut, probably a 17mm. But that's a guess. If I were in your position, I'd buy a small wrench set to keep. A quick amazon search turned up a lot of options:

Ratcheting wrenches are nice to have, but you don't really need that for just doing simple things. Go with something around that $15.00 or $20.00 mark and that should suit your needs well.
You'll also want an oil catch pan. Amazon search:
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=oil+catch+pan&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
Here's one similar to what I have and suggest:
https://www.amazon.com/Hopkins-11838-FloTool-15-Quart-Drain/dp/B000AMGYNA/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=oil+catch+pan&qid=1550099514&s=gateway&sr=8-7
Of course you can get all of these things at the local auto parts shop, but it probably costs more there.
The engine takes six quarts of oil. However, when you do an oil change, don't just dump in the six quarts. Instead, put in five quarts and check the level. Add until full. The reason for this is that not all of the oil drains out. A pint or so could stay in there, and you don't want to overfill it.
Prodemand's information on doing this oil change is in the images below. Please let me know if I missed anything or if you have other related questions.
