I replaced the immobilizer and the ECU my cars in the Honda dealership when they plug their scanner, and it will not communicate with the ECU they currently have three of them with the same problem and mine has been there 5 weeks now.

Hi,

When you say the ECU was replaced, are you referring to the PCM/ECM? I ask because the immobilizer is integral to the ECM (or PCM with auto trans).

Did you replace the immobilizer receiver inside the bezel around the ignition switch?

Let me know.

Take care,

Joe

When you say immobilizer, are you referring to the sensor at the ignition switch? I ask because both of my manuals are saying it is integral to the PCM.
