Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com.
First, if there is proper fuel pressure and spark to the plugs, it has no choice but to run unless there is low compression or a timing issue.
First, I realize there is a new fuel pump. However, if you have not already done it, confirm fuel pressure is within the manufacturer's specs.
Here is a link that shows how to check pressure in general as well as the pressure regulator:

The manufacturer's specifications for pump pressure are :
Fuel System Pressure .................... 400 ± 34 kPa (58 ± 2 psi)
The first two pictures below are flow charts for fuel related issues.
Next, make sure the spark is a hot blue snapping spark. If it is white or orange, it may be too weak to ignite the fuel. Here is a link that shows how to check for spark:

If everything checks out correctly, confirm that the fuel injectors are working. Here is a link that shows how to check injectors:

An easy way to confirm that the engine is getting spark and fuel is by trying to start it using starting fluid. If it starts for a couple seconds, then there is no fuel getting into the engine. If it does not start even with starting fluid, then there is an ignition related issue.
Do these tests and let me know the results. Also, if you have other questions or need additional help, let me know.
Take care,
Joe
