Where is the obd port? And is it a obd1? I've looked around the fuse box but can't find it, have Peugeot really hidden this one?

Yes, this car is OBD1, so it is all by itself as far as diagnostics. They say there is a 2 or 3 pin connector under the hood covered in a rubber or plastic wrap. Near the bulkhead/firewall, often close to the ECU or battery. If it is a 2-wire connector you may be able to bridge the gap with a small piece of wire and count the engine light flashes to get the trouble code.

For example, the light blinks once, then pauses, blinks two more times, and pauses and then finishes with five more blinks, the trouble codes will be 125.

Connected to the relay box under the hood there are 5 wires with 2 pins. They are not connected with any wires, just to the plastic. Is it those? Do all of them work or is it just one of them?

And can I tune the car? Like get an adaptor to obd2? Thanks for the fast reply.

There is no information on this that I can find. But if you upload an image of what you are looking at, we can figure it out together.
