Overdrive light flashing and transmission is not shifting properly

Check engine light is on, and the speedometer jumps like crazy, when I took it up I get gear 1 ratio incorrect and gear 4 ratio incorrect, car won't shift to 3 or 4 gear, and will only shift to second manually (sometimes). I replaced my speed sensor due to other forums but still no change. Help

Yes, it definitely sounds like you have a transmission trouble code stored in your cars computer.If you don't have access to a scanner or code reader most local auto parts stores like AutoZone will check for free. Here is a tutorial showing what is involved:
