Wow! Have you replaced all the things you mentioned? Is the battery fully charged and in good condition?
Let me know. Also, let me know if all other electrical components are working as designed. I need to narrow things down a bit. Note that if you replaced the ignition lock cylinder and key, it needs to be programmed to work.
Also, if the security light turns on, try this. Allow the key to stay in the on position for approximately 10 minutes. After that amount of time, the security light should turn off, and the engine starts. Try that and let me know the results.
Last, if you haven't already, I recommend scanning the can-bus. CAN stands for controller area network.
Basically, the different modules are tied together via a few wires. This type of scan should retrieve codes regardless of the module storing them.
