2002 year C180 Mecedes benz. Model number GH-203046. Engine number 271EAA8132. Engine capacity 1790. Two months after I used it the Air conditioner failed to cool the air and the fan belt run faster making a squeaking noise after 7-15 minutes of driving.I have taken it it through diagnostics, checked and had gas for air conditioning etc checked out. No error is showing up through diagnostics or on the clock dial. How do I get the air conditioner to work and the fan belt to move at normal pace?

(1) So what is the best course of action since the AC Compressor Clutch is not engaging?
(2) Does the failure of the Compressor Clutch to engage have a direct effect on the very fast running of the snaking belt and the fan? Please help.

The belt is running at engine speed, if the idle is racing there is a separate issue, you now need to get the A/C system pressures tested, if very low on refrigerant there is a switch that shuts down the ac so it will not do any damage.
