This happens at any speed. Wheel bearing replaced, drive shaft replaced, wishbone bushes replaced. Still did not rectify problem. Took it to garage and the mechanic drove it and heard the problem put it up in the air and could not work out the problem.

Hi,

Normally clicking when turning is caused by CV axles in the front. Here is a guide that walks you through the basics.

What concerns me is these are normally not that difficult to diagnose so I am surprised they were not able to limit this down to a CV axle. Let me know if this was discussed and if not, we need to inspect them and see if they are the cause.

Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks

Okay. Well those are the most common components that cause clicking noises. Is this loud enough that you can get a recording of it? Hearing it may trigger other ideas because what I am envisioning as the noise by not be it.

If not, I have some other ideas as to what we can do but if I hear it we may go in different directions so I don't want to waste your time if I can rule something out after hearing it. Thanks
