Hello, so I am posting this with high hope's that someone could lead me in the right direction of fixing this issue. So my vehicle listed above was running great until one day I go to start it and it is sounding how cars sound when there battery is dying and it just wouldn't start. Then I tried to start it again and this time absolutely nothing happens; the light turned on and that's it no crank, no spark nothing at all. I replaced the starter, alternator, battery, checked for a blown fuse and found nothing at all. The engine is not seized. It was driving great just the day before when I had the timing adjusted then after that it ran for about 3 more days and that is it. Can someone please let me know if there's any other possible solution to my issue? Oh, yea. So before I replaced the starter a mechanic told me after looking at it that there is no power getting to the starter for it to do its job so that's why I replaced the starter and now even with the new starter wiring it straight to the battery wont get it to kick. But before installing it we tested it and it was fine. Help me please and thank you. Sorry those miles are not correct it only has 99,000 miles.

If you do not have power at the starter then it is not a starter issue. This means there is a wiring or fuse issue. So if there are no blown fuses then we need to load check the wire to make sure it is intact and can carry a load. More then likely you have faulty wiring as it gets old and brittle.

The way to check this is to remove the wire at the battery and the starter and check the resistance. It should be less than a half ohm. If it is more or even OL meaning infinite resistance (open circuit) then that is the issue.

Let me know if you have questions on this and we can go from there. We also don't have a wiring diagram for this vehicle but we can work through this depending on these results. Thanks
