No response from the driver's door switches

My power mirrors, door locks and windows on driver/passenger side will not go up or down, not only that my car sat for two to three days when I noticed my battery went down to almost completely dead. I took the negative end off, and that is how it is now as we speak. I checked the fuses and none looked blown. I am lost because I am a novice when it comes to this type of problem.
