The turn signals hazards and windshield wipers are not working, not even lighting up on the dash. When testing the interior fuse box I get no power to any of the fuses but have pulled them out and tested them all working fine. Also have pulled the black box labeled DOT and the two relays next to it and they seem to be getting juice any suggestions? Some of the fuses under the hood are also not getting power.

When you were testing these fuses, did you have the key on? If not then we need to turn it on and retest them. If you have no power to it then the wire from the battery has an issue and we need to check that.

However, if you have power with the key on then we need to pick one of these systems and find the issue and if it fixes all of them then that is a bonus. I would suggest starting with the wipers.

We need to turn the wipers on with the switch and check the power at the motor.

If you have no power then but the fuse is ok, then I suspect the switch is the issue as the switch is a ground side control. That means you have power to the motor and then the switch provides the ground.

Let's run through this info and we can go from there.
