Check engine light on, code P2014, crank not start issue

I tested the fuse panel for power and found that only some of the fuses are getting power (fuses 13-16 no power). No power to certain parts of the fuse panel under the hood. Truck cranks no start and check engine light code p2014.

Yes, the codes P2014 is telling you there is a faulty intake manifold runner control solenoid which shuts down the intake so the engine will not start. Here is the location so you can change it out and fix the problem. #19 in the diagram. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Nice work, I think you have found the problem, let's try a new relay in that position to see if it works. Also, you can try holding the relay engaged to see if the engine starts.
