no power after key is turn to start position and clicks

Ok I have a situation with my Toyota Camry electrical?. Motor family 5sfe1994. One day I went to start up my Camry it started fine then with about 5 min being on, it had died on ky street out of nowhere.. Had to push it buck home a mile. Ever since then I try to start it and the car just clicks like 5 times and the power dies in the camry and that's all that does... the key sometimes gets stuck in the ignition or will get locked and wont turn. Will that affect this situation? Please help me out. Maybe starter or ignition, or a relay?.. thanks for the help really appreciate it.
