My transfer case went out. It got the infamous pin hole in the casing. I went to pic-n-pull and pulled another transfer case drained the fluids, (fluids very clean). Replaced bearings and seals. Installed it put in 4x4 shifted perfect into 4x4. In 2wd I go and push the gas and I have no power and seems to wind the rpm's to 3500 -3700 before shifting into next gear. Also there is no kick in acceleration when I floor the gas pedal to pass another vehicle.

It almost sounds like the gearing is wrong in the transfer case. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on, that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Is it making any weird noises?
