Still no power at a complete loss

Drove home and parked it in the garage. Daughter went to leave for work and no power when she turned the key on. Only power is to headlights, dome light, emergency flashers and key in ignition chime.I have checked all fuses inside and under the hood. Battery is fully charged. Recall was performed for the starter relay ages ago and the fusible link is good. Replaced the ignition switch opposite of the key switch. Still no power. At a complete loss. About ready to have it towed to the dealer. Any other suggestions on what I may have missed?

Hello,

It sounds like the starter has gone bad. To be sure lets see if you loose power anywhere. This guide will show you how and the wiring diagrams for the starter are below so you can see how the system works:
