No power

Replaced exterior fuel filter, checked all hoses and vacuum. has no OBD-II codes, no apparent electrical problems, shifts fine (but just a bit high on rpm's between gears) and yet there just does not seem to be good pick-up and it is burning through fuel more than usual.
