Hi, sorry for the late reply. No actually the pads are not gripping to the wheel when i am pressing the brakes.

If the pads are not contacting the rotor then it is either the calipers or the master cylinder not sending fluid to the calipers for activation.

No, you need all four wheels. Rear brakes ae not enough.

Do not drive the car until you fix the front brakes. It is very dangerous.

Well, to be honest with you i am still driving with the rear brakes only. And i can manage it pretty well. What do you mean by dangerous? The car is still stopping right?

Not as well as using four wheels to stop the car.
