I have called series of engineer and dealer but no solution.
The truck does not crank nor start. The dash board light is on but the tachometer, fuel gauge, temperature gauge and speedometer are not working. The pass-lock light is just blinking non stop.
What can I do to put my truck on the road please? The car had been there for past six month. I have even change the pass-lock.
Please help!

With the pass-lock flashing it is in lock out mode. Either you have the wrong keys, the keys are not programmed properly or the pass-lock module is not receiving the information from the key. You say you swapped the pass-lock module, did you get the new module programmed? You need a dealer level scan tool to go in and read what the system is actually doing.

Just swapping components won't work because the security, dash, radio, ECM, TCM are all VIN locked. Swap any of them and you need to reprogram the module to match the vehicle.

Sounds like you need a different dealer or one that actually knows what they are doing.

Mr Steve, we use OBD2 and smartbox to scan, we could not connect with the ECM. The scan machine used so far was given us communication disconnected. Please, what else can I do.

In addition to the problem, the gear was locked since the truck could not crank nor start.

Most aftermarket scan tools won't do the job. Passlock especially requires a dealer level tool and a dealer code to do the programming. Then you need to program the unit to the keys. I know of no way to change the VIN recognition without a dealer tool and code.
