Hello my name is Dave.
I would recommend testing the battery as a starting point. Here is a link to our tutorial on testing your battery:

Another thing we want to be sure of is that the terminals are clean so that they are making good contact, here is a link to our tutorial on cleaning the terminals:

I know it may seem overly simple but we always need to start with the basics and move on from there. Another issue I have seen with quite a few of the Honda's is that the ground cable where it bolts to the block. The issue is on most of them in the year range of your car is that the eye that bolts to the block can collect water and over time the cable corrodes inside the eye causing a bad connection and changing the battery can make the cable lose inside the eye. I have had great success simply pinching the eye with a pair of vice-grips to re-crimp the eye as a temporary fix.
A simple test to see if it is a ground issue is to take a pair of jumper cables and connect one black clamp to the negative terminal and the other to the block, making sure they both have a good firm connection. If it starts after doing that then the ground is definitely the problem. I would then replace the ground cable.
I hope this leads you to a solution to your issue. Please keep us up to date on your progress and thank you fro using 2CarPros!
