The vehicle was involved in a right side fender bender the curtain airbag deployed. Everything was repair/restored back to original condition the inertia/pyro fuse was changed yet the vehicle doesn’t start. I applied direct electrical power to the starter cable and the vehicle started right up but once the electrical power is removed the vehicle turns off.

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. If a bag deployed then you will most likely need to have the SRS module replaced and have the system reset. With newer vehicles once a bag deploys it will cause the fuel pump to deactivate. Something like this you need to go through your insurance to get it repair properly vs. Trying to repair it on your own. The cost is too expensive compared to paying the deductible in my opinion.
