Engine will not crank, no check engine light on

I just took my gearbox off and do some work on it, then when after put back everything there is no check engine light on the dash, only only oil and battery lights on when the key is "on" position. what might be the problem.

Hi,

If the vehicle isn't starting, the first thing I suggest is to check to see if there are diagnostic trouble codes stored in the computer. This vehicle has an OBD1 system and doesn't require a scan tool to retrieve codes. Follow this link:
