2000 Nissan Sentra Engine starts

The engine starts then stall when you press on the gas. Even stalls after you let it idle. Believe it has something to do with the idle control valve motor. How do I know if it is the idle control valve motor

Hi there,

If you get a scan done you may get a fault code, failing this a run on a live data scanner will shot the stepper motor positions during idle.
