car wont start, turns over only and when I pulled #4 spark plug it was covered with motor oil

It sounds like you may have a leaking valve cover gasket. Also, sometimes the plastic valve cover used warps a little from the heat which can make the gasket stop fitting correctly. This will cause oil to leak out. Not all models use the plastic valve cover.
