1994 Nissan Sentra my car wont turn on

My car wont turn on, wat can it be, its not the battery, the ligths turn on well, the spackplus is new, it has new oil change, please help

When you said the car didn't want to turn on, did it crank but not catching, or it didn't even crank? As if you turn on the key, you just hear clicking sound, or no sound at all?
