1994 Nissan Sentra battery light is on

I just bought a nissan sentra xe, and the battery light is on, e brake, and the wiper light is also on too. The battery light I believe it could be the alternator but im want to make sure before I go buy it. There is also a sound every time I go on a bump like if the it only had springs. What do you think those problems could be?

You'll need a voltmeter to test the battery and alternator. Read this tutorial on how to test these parts: https://www.2carpros.com/how_to/test_alternator.htm

The wiper light probably just means you're low on washer fluid.
The suspension issue could be a variety of things, bad shocks, bad springs, etc. You would need to do some inspection of these parts to get a better idea

I check the suspension today, I lifted the car and shake the tire from right to left and up and down to see if the ball joints were the alright. When I shaked the tire from right to left I heard I clicking noise i. Could it be the sway link?
