Front brake pad and rotor replacement instructions please?

When I am driving my vehicle between 40 and 60 MPH it shakes vigorously when I hit the brake they say I need new brakes.

Replacing front brakes and rotors really isn't too hard. Under normal conditions, you can expect them to last approximately 25,000 miles. However, that can change based on driving habits and terrain.This video shows the job being done on a similar car but the process is the same.
