The fuel pump pressure should be 43 PSI.

Position the ignition switch and the A/C system in the off position. Install a fuel pressure gauge in the the fuel line at the fuel filter connection. Locate and block off the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. Confirm that no leaks are present, then start the engine. While the engine is at idle, visually verify the PSI reading on the gauge.
