Car may stall/cut off, engine tuning?

Hi guys,

The problem seems to be that when the engine is running but the car is stationary, it seems like the car is going to stall/cut off. The Batter light appears for a blink of a second than dissapears. Its seems like car is losing power, from which the engine sometime seems like it is running ok, and then a few seconds later it will decrease or increase in output.

I have had the following changed:

Sparkplugs
Oil and oil filter
