I have no specific knowledge about Micra, as it is not sold in the States. However, shaking and wobbling is not vehicle-specific problem, so here it goes.
First of, it is very dangerous to be driving around when the car shakes/wobbles especially at highway speed.
Two things that I can suggest:
1. I understand that you have new tires, practically. But you need to go back to the tire shop, and have them check:
* make sure that the wheels are tight to torque specification
* make sure the tires are not out balance and/or the wheels are not out of round
* there are no "cupping" or blister in the tires
2. If there are no problems with the tire/wheel combination, you need to check the steering problems.
* check for worn ball joints and/or tie rod ends
* check for loose or worn wheel bearing.
Unless you have been involved in a fender bender, with low mileage that you have, I would suspect it is in your tire/wheel combo.
