2000 Nissan Maxima Heater won't blow warm air

Heater has only been blowing warm air when the engine is running over 2000 RPM. Air turns cold at idle. Now, at 2000 RPM the engine temp rises to the point of overheating while the heater does not blow warm air.

Change your thermostat, check you water pump, and finally flush the system and bleed it of air. That should solve your dilema.
