1998 Nissan Maxima My mechanic is dumbfounded.

Recently, all four electric windows, my sun roof, and my rear defrost stopped working. On the door panel, the electric locks still work though. Are these 3 items connected by a fuse that may have blown etc. Or are these 3 seperate problems? This problem developed after my battery was installed to the wrong post(- +) by a man that was trying to help me when I became stranded.
