Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Nissan Maxima 6 cyl Automatic 105000 miles

My maxima recently, starts to stall when it is stopping or slowing down at stop-signs/intersections, intermittently.
other time it is running OK.
I can re-start it with no problem.
The stalling happens about 5-10 mins. After I start the car.

I know a lot of factors can lead to this problem,
I think some people have asked this question before in this forum,
but what is the most possible reason, and what is
cheapest way to fix this problem?

Aging fuel bump, dirty fuel filter, fuel injector?

Are these repairs expensive to fix?
Please advise!

I SENT THE CAR FOR REPAIR.

REPLACED THE IDLE CONTROL VALVE,
CLEANED THE DIRTY THROTTLE BODY,
REPLACED THE AIR FILTER.
COST ME $400.

IT GETS BETTER, BUT THE STALLING PROBLEM STILL HAPPENS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CAR IS WAITING IN FRONT OF THE TRAFFIC LIGHT WITH D-DRIVE ENGAGED.

ANYBODY CAN GIVE ME ADVICE AS TO WHAT TO LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM NEXT?
