1995 Nissan Maxima dosent turn on

Whenn I turn the key for my car to turn it dosent. The lights go on and radio but not the car. I dont know whats the problem

Is it cranking over and refuses to start or just won't crank at all/nothing?

It dosent crank at all dosent do anything. Battery and starter are new and working.

Battery cables are they in good condition and properly tightened. From battery to starter and ground

Check fuse H 30amp and fuse no.17 10amp.
