2003 Altima 2.5 Rattling sound @2000 RPM

My Altima has recently started to rattle loudly from the engine compartment (I think) around 2,000 - 2,500 rpm. This happens when its in gear as well as in neutral/park.

I am having the same problem with my 2003 at 70k miles. Does anyone have any ideas?
