Low speed shakes are most commonly a tire separation problem. Inspect all 4 tires circumferences completely on the tread area. One section of the tread will be noticeably more worn out than the rest of the tire. These are the steel cords inside coming apart and creating a weak spot and bulge. Every time the tire rolls over this high point the vehicle will wobble.
