If you don't see the screw on the front, look for a plastic tab to lift. The base also might just pry out with a screwdriver. I'm really not familiar with any mirrors other than Chrysler products with the screws, but it might interest you to know that the glue in the repair kits doesn't take very long to set. You can clean the area on the windshield and base with the chemical supplied, then just hold the mirror in place for two minutes. The glue is stronger than the double-sided tape normally used by the manufacturers. Plus, you won't accidentally glue the base on backwards or upside down!
Before you clean the windshield. It might be helpful to stick a piece of tape, or make a mark on the front of the windshield to show where the mirror was before so you don't have to guess while you're holding the mirror with wet glue in your hand.
