a few days ago i put oil in my car, while driving on the highway after putting the oil i noticed white smoke was comming from the muffler,the car was hot when we placed the oil in the car, the smoke would stop and come out again. the nxt day i drove the car and therre was no smoke, can u tell me what is wrong?

what color smoke, and did you overfill it?

new kind of oil? thickness, brand?

im not sure what was the brand of oil, but it was something new my boy friend tried, the color of the smoke was white, as of 2day i have not seen any smoke, neither do i knw the thickness of the oil

since its gone i wouldnt worry about it, could have had some bad gas or some moisture could have been in the oil. as stated wouldnt worry too much unless its acting up.
