When I'm at a complete stop and put the car in gear, I hear clunking noises(I can feel the right below the gas and brake pedals or somewhere close.). I notice these same clunking noises when I'm turning and accelerating.

So, is it the cv joint, axel, or perhaps the transmission?
If it's either or, how much would it cost to get it fix?
What is cheaper fix, cv joint or axel? Thanks.

These cars are rear wheel drive, so the axles and c.v. joints are located in the back.

If you can feel it more by your feet, you should have the front suspension and/or the engine and transmission mounts inspected.
