Timing belt broke, engine components damaged and will not start

I was driving and my timing belt broke. i called my mechanic and discovered that my water pump seized and some other engine pulley, after replacing everything the car refuses to start. After further diagnosis he found out that the valves have been affected so i need to get a new head and a gasket. After fixing the new head the car still refuses to start. My heater plugs are also in good condition. What do you think the problem could be?

This could be a couple things based on what happened. For starters we need to check the basics that are needed to start the engine. We need to check fuel, spark, and compression. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Here is a guide that will help with performing the compression test. I suspect this is the issue so we need to see what the readings are and go from there. I suspect the timing is off and you are not building the needed compression to start the engine due a valve opening at the wrong time.
