Can you provide a little more detail about the repair you made? Did you put all four on or just the front/rear?
Also, did you replace pads and rotors?
Did you remove the rotors at all? When you reinstalled them did you clean the hub face and rotor face where they mount to each other? If not, this can cause the rotor to have what is called runout and this will cause scraping of the pad.
The last most likely thing is the parking brake. Did you adjust the parking brake on the rear? If not, this can be making contact. Here is the adjustment procedure.
