New battery, tripped alarm, car starts, will not shift, no gauges/lights

Hi there! We replaced the battery after bench charging and it set off the alarm horn (which didn't shut off with the key in). So we disconnected and reconnected battery again and now no alarm horn, but also no power door locks, windows, accessories, gauges etc. However the car starts. Will not shift out of park. Thanks! We have a master key and an aftermarket remote and a new aftermarket remote key at our disposal to use.

When the battery reconnects you could have a voltage surge which popped a fuse or two. here is a guide to help check them and the fuse location as well:
