Screen saying ice alert

My Peugeot 307cc 2004 had up on Display screen. Ice alert, the degrees outside was 30. And my radiator temp was 80 rising to 90. How do I know if the fan is kicking in or not. And why was the screen saying ice alert, I thought it shouldn't said temp hot.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor that is going out or the traction control module is out. lets run a scan to see what comes up. here is a video to show you how:
