This morning I was turning into a street and my wheel started to tighten up but then I moved it back an forth and it was okay, but then I kept feeling it continuing during the car ride. I have power steering fluid in too!

Which wheel was doing this? Was the vehicle in 4wd? Did you only notice this when turning?

Since it wasn't in 4wd, I am going to recommend that you start by checking the steering components. Make sure everything is tight and in good condition.
