Is there gas coming out of the tail pipe? Do you have a multi meter to do some testing? What size engine o you have?

The code implies the #2 injector is not operating. With what you said above you've covered all it could be except the vehicle's computer which controls the fuel injector. Assuming the injector is good and the wiring from the computer to the injector is also in good condition. The check engine light should not be flashing, is it?

If you have access to noid lights, you can plug one into the injector harness, and verify power and ground. Chances are the pcm may have failed, and this is resulting in the injector driver for your #2 cyl to be inop. If you verify power and ground to the injector, then the injector is bad. Its rare for a new one to be bad, but it does happen. Dont over look it.
