The radio control buttons, climate control buttons, traction control button and 4-wheel drive knob all stopped working at the same time?

I have a factory Uconnect touch screen radio that works fine. The physical radio control buttons and climate control buttons don’t work along with my traction control button and 4-wheel drive knob, they all went out at the same time. At first, they flickered then stopped working. I can control the radio and climate thought the touch screen, so the radio works fine. I just can’t find anything anywhere that will cause all these issues at the same time. My 4-wheel drive worked fine but now the knob to engage it acts like there’s no power to it at all, they all used to light up now they don’t, I’ve checked the connections in the back and there all tight none where loose is there one thing that would cause all this.

It sounds like you have a BCM that is going out but to be sure we need to do a CAN scan you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon for about $36.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Amazon CAN scanner link for about $35.00:

Here are the instructions on how to change the BCM out in the images below in case you need them or want to see how the job is done.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
